Challenging and fun, full-body kettlebell group sessions led by a StrongFirst Certified Kettlebell Instructor. Build strength, increase mobility and cardiovascular health with this group class experience. We utilize kettlebell and bodyweight movements creating a session all can benefit from. Join us to learn and improve your kettlebell skills. Whether you are new to this type of training or are already familiar with the benefits that kettlebell training can bring, join us on Wednesdays.
