Dr. Thomas Ramage was raised in Utah where he was very active outdoors and in sports. He attended college at Dixie State University where he played football. There he met his wife Swayzee. After graduating with his bachelor's, he went to Rocky Mountain University and earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2015.
Over the last 8 years, Dr. Ramage has worked in outpatient therapy with a special focus in orthopedic and neurological conditions as well as sports rehabilitation. He became certified in IASTM (instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization), dry needling level 2, and BFR (blood flow restriction) training, and has done further education in concussion rehabilitation.
Over the last few years, Dr. Ramage has taken a special interest in injury prevention, body mechanics, strength training, and program adaptations for injuries. He currently works for Johnson Physical Therapy. He is excited to bring his expertise and knowledge to Mountain Range Fitness.
Outside of his work, Dr. Ramage enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids, Jayt and Tycee. He loves hunting, coaching, woodworking, and traveling with his family.
