10 Week Summer Strength & Conditioning

Starting Tuesday, June 6th at 8:00AM and 4:00PM Monday-Friday and 8:00AM ONLY on Friday's MRF will be holding a 10 week summer strength and conditioning program for athletes going into 7th through 12th grades.

The program will be coached by Jarrod Wyatt.  Coach Wyatt's main goal for all his athletes is to get them to understand how to properly move and turn on the appropriate muscles when executing all lifts.  The athletes can also expect to implement explosive jumps, coordination drills, loaded carries, and sport specific movements during this program.

This program is specifically for those athletes that are looking to better themselves and their teams by getting stronger and more explosive.  The athletes will work hard every day!
